| Roommate Express®
hereby agrees to process and match each client and provide
qualified referrals who are either exactly or very close to what
the client is looking for in a roommate.
Roommate Express®
will not be discriminatory in its practice. It
is the client's responsibility to determine the character and
acceptability of any prospective roommate. For this reason Roommate
Express® cannot guarantee that any client will get a
roommate. I understand as with any
other form of advertising, services are not guaranteed and fees
are non-refundable. In no case will the service fee be refunded. Roommate
Express® is only being contracted for its help in finding an
acceptable roommate for me. Services
will be provided until a roommate is found or sixty (60) days have
elapsed unless the client contracts for less service time. All
matches provided by Roommate Express® will be guaranteed for up
to four (4) months after the client's inactivation date. If a
roommate is found without our help, the guarantee time will extend
for two (2) months after the client's inactivation date. If
guarantee time is needed, the client will receive the remainder of
their original 60 days of service not already used. This guarantee
is only valid when used within six (6) months of the original
client sign-up date. Besides our
regular fees, an additional $5 deposit is collected upon
application for the purpose of keeping our client roster truly
active. The $5 deposit will only be refunded to the client if
the client is the first to contact Roommate Express® when
a roommate is found. Refunds will be made by mail within 30 days
of your notifying us that you have found a roommate. Roommate
Express® reserves the right to refuse to list any client for
any reason. We will do so if any inconsistencies, untruths or any
attempt to harass or defraud us or any of our clients is found.
Delisted clients will receive no service fee refund.
